Cheryl’s customer service background coupled with her flair for style and her warm personality are what have resulted in her loyal following of patients at Brant & Paris Family Eye Care.
Cheryl’s dedication to Brant & Paris Family Eye Care along with her commitment to help train and nurture her fellow team members has earned her the title of “Office Mom.”
Outside work, Cheryl donates her time to the hockey community serving as Director of Events and Tournaments for Brantford Minor Hockey.
Cheryl’s true “joie de vivre” comes from spending time with her two true loves: her husband Bill and her son Ethan.
Among other things, Cheryl aspires to one day enjoy a “bucket list adventure” driving across part of the country in a motorhome.

Alexandra has been part of the Brant Family Eye Care team for over a decade, growing from an eager student to a talented Optician and Contact Lens Specialist. She completed her CCOA in 2020, followed by her Opticianry diploma in 2024 and Contact Lens Specialist certification in 2025.
Now in her first year of Optometry School at the University of Waterloo, Alexandra combines her technical expertise with a genuine passion for helping people see and feel their best. Patients love her positive energy, attention to detail, and knack for finding eyewear that perfectly matches both prescription and personality.
When she’s not in clinic or studying, Alexandra is usually rock climbing, hiking new trails, or exploring the world—always chasing her next great view and a little adventure along the way.

Have you ever met someone that is instantly likeable, and who gives off the most amazing vibes? Well, if you’ve met Sharon, then you would know exactly what that feels like! Sharon is a wealth of knowledge and prides herself on good ol’ fashioned service.
Sharon’s robust determination and enjoyment of the daily challenges ensure that she will look after each detail of a patient’s vision care with genuine attention and compassion.
When Sharon isn’t at the office or driving her two amazing kids all over town for their extracurricular activities, she loves to spend her time venturing on the water and planning Disney vacations.

Kim graduated with her Bachelor of Arts in Global Business Management from Ryerson University and her Business Administration Marketing from Sheridan College. Her passions in life include travel, arts, and crafts. Kim loved her time living in Japan and truly appreciated soaking in how the modern world mixed with longstanding traditions. She dreams of the day when she will be able to travel to Singapore to explore its culture and architecture and to Europe to connect with the cities’ treasure-filled museums. Kim is fluent in Vietnamese and is known in the office for her generosity, artistic talents and her larger than life personality. Maybe it’s because of her magnetic smile, but she rarely goes out without seeing someone she knows.

Mickey, a hypoallergenic Cavapoo, owns one of our eye doctors. Mickey has been professionally trained and loves to greet patients of all ages. Mickey is full of love and has been dubbed the Happiness Director. The Happiness Director's duties include: Creating motivation and stress management encounters to help maintain a positive office environment during the uncertain time of the COVID-19 pandemic. Mickey is known for his kind, affectionate and placid temperament. Mickey’s confident and outgoing personality makes him a perfect ambassador for Brant & Paris Family Eye Care! Next time you are in the office, ask if the Happiness Director is in!
